Who is responsible for managing my information?
Summit, Summit’s website, and ancillary assets of Summit such as social media accounts are managed by Greymont Summit LLC (“we” or “us”).

Summit collects the information you submit to our guest card and information submitted through our account portal via Tenant Web Access. Also, we collect financial information for payment processing including credit card, debit card, and/or checking account and routing number information.

The information you provide may be used in several ways, for example:
- To enable us to process payment for membership and or event rental
- To enable us to provide you with the services requested of us and honor any contract(s) you have with us
- To collect and analyze data of those who utilize services provided by Summit to better help us provide quality service to future clients
