Who is responsible for managing my information? 

Summit, Summit’s website, and ancillary assets of Summit such as social media accounts are managed by Greymont Summit LLC (“we” or “us”). 

 

We are responsible for the collection and proper management of any personal information you submit. We will keep your personal details secure and use the information you provide consistently with applicable privacy and data protection laws and the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Summit collects the information you submit to our guest card and information submitted through our account portal via Tenant Web Access. This includes identifying information such as name, email address, telephone number, address, date of birth, social security number, and driver’s license information. Also, we collect financial information for payment processing including credit card, debit card, and/or checking account and routing number information.  

 

How do we use your information? 

The information you provide may be used in several ways, for example: 

  • To enable us to process payment for membership and or event rental 
  • To enable us to provide you with the services requested of us and honor any contract(s) you have with us 
  • To collect and analyze data of those who utilize services provided by Summit to better help us provide quality service to future clients 
  • To communicate with you about other products and services we think might interest you 
  • To manage future customer service requests or inquiries you may have  

Who will we share your information with? 

To provide you with the products and services that we offer we may share your information: 

  • Internally, among staff with whom your information is necessary to provide you with quality service 
  • External marketing firms who may work with Summit from time-to-time 
  • We may also disclose your personal information to third parties in the event we sell or buy business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

Periodically, we would like to send you information about our own products and services. We may do this via email, telephone, or text message, unless you have told us that you do not wish to be contacted in any of these ways.
